Dental Crowns

CEREC Same-Day Dental Restorations
Faster results are what you can expect when you choose a CEREC same-day dental restoration. After prepping and capturing an impression of your tooth, the image will be sent to an in-house milling unit. There, a small block of porcelain will be used to fabricate your new dental crown, all while you wait. This faster, more efficient solution allows you to undergo treatment and receive a fully restored smile in a single appointment. As a result, no temporary crown is required, and you will not need to make multiple trips to our office.
Tooth-Colored Fillings
Once a cavity forms, we remove the soft tooth structure (decay) and replace it with a tooth colored filling material that seals off your weakened tooth so that you can resume life with a healthier smile. This color-matched material is malleable so that you can keep more of your natural enamel compared to a traditional amalgam filling, and it doesn’t respond to temperature or cause sensitivity either.
Comfortable Local Anesthetic
We have multiple products that can make the dental restorative experience much more enjoyable. For example, Onpharma Sodium Bicarbonate is a buffering agent we can add to anesthetic injections. In addition to raising the pH toward a more neutral level (which is gentler on the teeth), it also reduces the time to patient numbness. Plus, it minimizes the "sting" often associated with local anesthetics and increases reliability, even in patients with lower pain thresholds or infections.
